    I consider the court an abomination never intended by the framers, “judicial revue” is solely the product of the court itself, and while not a bad idea per se it has been used to up end the country more than a few times. This story ties in well for what were probably in for in coming decades from the courts, business wins regardless how far they have to stretch the constitution to do it.
