DowDupont Pays Off Congress To Stop Ban Of Poisonous Chemical.  And, no, LBR is not a sponsor of the ban. And, yes, DowDupont was her second most generous campaign contributor. Oh, and she received more DowDupont $$’s than all but one opponent of the bill, behind only one Rep. John Moolenaar of Michigan. The only other D on the list is Rep. Steny Hoyer of Maryland. They own her, she doesn’t represent us. Or people who get poisoned. Any stated concern about environmental racism from LBR is bullshit as we now know that money talks when it comes to our first ‘congresswoman of color’. Her color is green. How about a call to her office? Does she represent her constituents or her contributors? Ask her. We already know the answer, but it’s good to let her know that we know.
