Inevitably, humans will figure out how to modify their genetics and live forever. That will lead to the end of the species. If we don’t kill ourselves some other way first.
If the ability to manipulate genetics becomes that well-established, the first thing you’ll see is idiots who install ram horns on their heads or non-functional wings on their backs.
