The Facts About SB68, SB70, and SB82

The common-sense gun control bills currently locked up in the DE Senate do not impact the rights of legitimate law-abiding gun owners at all.  

There is no sporting or home protection need for military weaponry with large-capacity magazines, and “permit to purchase” legislation is something that should be welcomed by law-abiding gun owners as it has been proven effective at keeping guns out of the hands of criminals.

    its pretty simple. the purchase; possession; or modification of any assault style weaponry is illegal and carries a mandatory 10 year sentence.

    Is this section intended to encompass any new designs that manufacturers could come up with to skirt the ban? Not being an ammosexual, I don’t know about high powered firearms.
