The National Prayer Breakfast was too important. Coons couldbn’t be on hand for the vote. I shit you not.

Coons literally phoned in a statement after phoning in his vote. Is that what Delaware sent him to DC for, to half-ass his job and put the fucking Prayer Breakfast ahead of important advise and consent votes?

    I don’t think so.

According to the US Senate website, Senator Coons did vote on the confirmation of Attorney General Barr, voting against confirmation. He may have attended the Prayer Breakfast, but he still cast his ballot.

Why do you believe it was more important that he be physically present for a vote? 51 Republicans and 3 Democrats voted for confirmation; there was no chance that Mr Coons could have made an argument which would have changed the outcome.

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) voted against confirmation, and Senator Richard Burr (R-NC) missed the vote.

Just a reminder that Coons’ National Prayer Breakfast is part of a Prayer Breakfast in Uganda that called for the death penalty for gays.

THIS was more important that being on hand to use his famous “bipartisan” superpowers during the Bill Barr vote.

He likes the Bible study crowd because they’re all hypocritical phonies, just like him.
