Corporadems Coalesce Around Ol’ Joe. I’m not generally much of a conspiracy theorist. But the seemingly spontaneous endorsement orgy has me suspicious. It’s not as if Buttigieg and Klobuchar had to get out before Super Tuesday, and it’s not as if the Biden campaign was nimble enough to orchestrate this. All I can say is, if somehow Ol’ Joe becomes the presumptive nominee after what we’ve seen of him over the course of the past year, the Democratic Party deserves the pasting it’s gonna get. Let’s remember…some of the corporadems who are now rallying for Biden were supportive of Bloomberg only a couple of weeks ago. We’ve seen how Biden can and almost certainly will stumble time and time again. Yet the Terry McAuliffes of the world are now all in on the guy. Yikes.

Biden Says He’s Open To A Rethug Running Mate. Exercises his inner Chris Coons. Did I mention that he will certainly stumble time and time again? But Bernie’s the one who is not a ‘real Democrat’.
Nashville Hit By Deadly Tornado. Deaths and lots of destruction. East Nashville, which houses some of the best alternative and indy musicians anywhere, was particularly hard hit. At least seven dead, at least 40 buildings destroyed.
How The Senate Paved The Way For Coronavirus Drug Price-Gouging. Bernie introduced legislation to prevent it, but the Senate shot it down. You know, corporadems. Is that a failure, or a vision whose time hadn’t come?
Connections Forced Out Of Delaware Prison Health Care. Yes, they sucked. I mean, really sucked. Keep in mind, though, that ‘for-profit’ private medical care companies make their $$’s by providing as little care as they can get away with. And Centurion has a history of problems, including inadequate care and, yes, massive donations to connected politicians. A must-read that, at the least, should strike a cautionary note.

That Trump knew the fix was in for Biden is telling. But whatevs. I’m blue no matter who.
The Biden booster better hope that the ten moderate Republican votes they pick up are worth all the Democratic voters that they are walking away from.

It has me wondering who exactly made the calls to these candidates and what they offered them to drop out. Obama, Pelosi? Would they even listen to Pelosi?
If it was Obama, that would be interesting…Bloomberg obviously declined the offer.
what is bernie actually listed as a Democrat or Independent? and if hes an independent why doesnt he run his campaign as an I and not deal with the D machinations

Bernie Sanders is serving his third term in the U.S. Senate after winning re-election in 2018. His previous 16 years in the House of Representatives make him the longest serving independent member of Congress in American history.
So don’t vote for him. I can’t help you.
I’m glad that Obama decided to pick an establishment candidate who addresses Hillary’s key weaknesses from 2016.
