Trump faces reality check for first time. FDA refuses to permit use of effective Chinese mask because, why? Because Trump wants to blame China, no matter what? But we do accept help from Russia, even though Russia is facing its own issues. US begs for help from Thailand–only to find out from them that we’ve been shipping protection supplies there. Private equity firms are much like viruses themselves. Mindless, soulless, completely devoid of any conscious or purpose except to maximize return.
Now the blatherer in chief is touting our counter-drug prowess, sending the military after the most challenging crisis of our time. Drug cartels. I call foul for erecting yet another distraction to his miserable record of performance as president.
And don’t forget Iraq (or is it Iran?). Wag-the-dog territory.
Not to mention, he’s been blathering for close to 90 minutes now. Once again, the press is played for suckers as they enable his reelection.
