Correction: Biden is NOT Trying to Lose This Election

Ed Note: I didn’t know they were only giving all those R’s 20 seconds each. I guess I overreacted a bit.

Check this shit out. Utterly disgusting. If the Democratic Party ever tried to get Democrats to vote in large numbers – it would be impossible for Republicans to win. Instead we ALWAYS get this shit. Chasing after 1,500 “swing” voters while telling tens of thousands of liberal Democrats to go fuck themselves.

How much is Joe, and how much is the party?

  3. Geobumm says:

I don’t see where your quote is “telling tens of thousands of liberal Democrats to go fuck themselves”. Geeze people, keep your eye on the ball!

PS. I don’t know why Meg Whitman is being given a speaking role. Whatever it takes to put some coattails out and take as many seats from the GOP as possible, I’m all for it.

  4. puck says:

I’m OK with the Republican has-beens. They speak for the mythical “sane Republicans” (extinct since the ’70s, but who still live on in voter lore). Hopefully they will start a media narrative about how far outside the norm Trump has led Republicans.

    • Jason330 says:

Best case scenario. Actual reporting will be about how Democrats need to compromise more with “real” Americans.

  5. nathan arizona says:

Kasich can’t hurt. It helps marginalize Trump. It would be ridiculous not to vote for Biden because of this. I have faith in the voters.

  6. Jason330 says:

Democrats have been terrible arbiters of ridiculous. As for me, it was ridiculous for Clinton to alienate and ignore a reliable Democratic constituency. And it would be ridiculous for Biden to follow that losing strategy.

  7. nathan arizona says:

Hillary lost because too many people just didn’t like her as a person, also her Clinton-ness. And Tim Kaine wasn’t exactly Kamala Harris.

  8. mediawatch says:

Four over-the-hill Republicans are too much.
    So are two Clintons.
So are two members of Delaware’s Congressional delegation.
But even with those redundancies, there’s a hell of a lot more diversity inside the Democratic tent than in Trumpworld — and that’s what’s going to make the difference on Nov. 3.
I’m not betting on a boatload of Bernie Bros passing on Joe because the Whitman women are speaking at the DNC. They’re not the enemy. The Orangehead is.

    OK. I was wrong.

  10. Kathy says:

Joe doesn’t have a plan. He is going to piggyback on Obama’s ideal and we had 8 years of him and where did it get us. Remember the shovel ready jobs. We didn’t get the jobs or the shovel. All Biden can take about is the virus. He look lost to me and until he starts talking questions from reporters I m not voting for him.
