Happy Labor Day – NOW, GET TO WORK!

Filed in National by on September 7, 2020

Have a great weekend and when we all get back from wherever we are going it will be in the home stretch of the primary election.   SEPT 15th!

Work your ass off for your primary candidate(s).  Remember rule three and four of the four Iron RULES OF DEMOCRATIC POLITICS:

  • 3) The Leadership of the Democratic Party is not the Democratic Party
  • 4) The Democratic Party is made up of the people who are working hard to fix the shitmess created by the Leadership of the Democratic Party which all too often works hand in glove with the GOP.

  1. Madinah Wilson-Anton, Marie Pinkney, Larry Lambert and Eric Morrison all have legit chances to defeat less progressive incumbents. If you’ve got the time, get out there. We should add Rae Moore in RD 8, who has established herself as THE progressive choice there.

I’ve been campaigning in Marie’s district, and I can tell you that she would be an amazing upgrade over Dave McBride, who has used his power to bury a minimum wage increase and common-sense gun control.

These races are RIGHT THERE for the taking. If you can, give it all you’ve got. The candidates are.

This week I delivered a Pinkney sign to a family when I got there there was a McBride sign on the lawn. I thought i had the address wrong. The gentleman came outside walked right over to the McBride sign pulled it up an planted Marie’s. He then said he flipped 3 neighbors. It’s real!

I am so looking forward to the day where the WFP slate cleans house in Delaware. From US Senate with Jess Scarane down to city council. Looking forward to the Green New Deal of Delaware too!

As with any change I’m sure it will be a slow process of chipping away until all of a sudden the dam breaks and it appears to have happened overnight.
