Michigan Lawmakers To Honor Voters’ Choice.  This would normally be a ‘dog bites man’ story.  Not with Trump. Not in 2020.

More Casual Corruption From Georgia’s US Senators.  Pushed for tax break that would benefit–them.

Schumer And Warren Push For Strong Student Debt Relief. Biden dithers.  This seems like a political no-brainer to me–and great for jump-starting the economy.

SF Voters Pass ‘Overpaid Executives Tax’.  Finally, a Robin Hood tax.

Wilmington City Council Creates Citizens Police Review Board.   The devil will be in the details–and the funding.

    I like the structure of the tax, except that is is a little low, and the cap:

    … a new law that will levy an extra 0.1% tax on companies that pay their chief executive more than 100-times the the median of their workforce. The surcharge increases by 0.1 percentage point for each factor of 100 that a CEO is paid above the median, up to a maximum of 0.6%.
