MAGA Patriot Party National Committee files with Federal Election Commission
Bad food and the fetid smell of losers losing.
New York(CNN Business) Many once-loyal members of Mar-a-Lago are leaving because they no longer want to have any connection to former President Donald Trump, according to the author of the definitive book about the resort.
“It’s a very dispirited place,” Laurence Leamer, historian and author of “Mar-a-Lago: Inside the Gates of Power at Donald Trump’s Presidential Palace,” told MSNBC host Alex Witt on “Weekends with Alex Witt” Saturday. He said members are “not concerned about politics and they said the food is no good.”

New Hampshire is seeking to sue directly at the high court to challenge the Massachusetts practice of taxing nonresidents who used to work in the state but now do their jobs from home.
The case could determine the fate of similar, permanent tax laws in New York and five other states. New Jersey and Connecticut filed a brief backing New Hampshire, telling the court they are losing massive sums to New York in violation of the Constitution.
Mike Ramone is a dick who thinks the problem with Delaware is that the property transfer tax is too high

I’m not a big soda guy, but Pepsi Kona was the best soft drink ever created. It was test-marketed in May 1996 and until 1997 in Philadelphia and Delaware. The dumb suits at Pepsi didn’t know what they had and so marketed it as a soft drink meant to be consumed during breakfast. Idiots.
Now Coke has a coffee flavored soda. We’ll see I guess. We’ll see, I guess.
The Patriot Party that filed is not affiliated with Trump. Apparently you can tell because it doesn’t funnel all its money to any of his LLCs.

Mike Ramone is indeed a dick, but he’s not wrong about the property transfer tax. It shouldn’t exist at all.
Taxes that aren’t broad-based typically are imposed on activities the government would like to see curtailed, like smoking tobacco and drinking alcohol. Obviously the government isn’t against home sales — it simply figured that adding $9,000 to the tab on the median home sale was something it could get away with.
It’s particularly galling when we consider that property taxes remain unfairly distributed because of political gutlessness.
