Wanting Shameless People to Feel Shame

Jess Scarene said something in the "Kathy on Kathy Violence" episode to Highlands Bunker that really hit the nail on the head.  I'll make a mess of it, but essentially... So much of our "accountability" for rich, well-connected people depends on them feeling shame - when they really have never felt shame and will never feel shame in the future. Beyond KKMcG just think of Joe Biden waiting for Mitch McConnell to feel shame.  Consider how long this blog has been waiting for Chris Coons to feel shame.  It simply isn't going to happen.   They've killed off whatever vestigial shame mechanism they were born with.
