WTF, Postles?

I haven’t read the proposed “Education Right to Know Act”, but I know that the photo of Postles announcing it with his eyes closed is some amazingly on the nose shit.

    And BTW, yeah…the Act is a fucked up. While it stops short of saying teachers are communists, and slavery was a boon to poor heathen Africans, it is aimed at “the public” and “parents” who have never attended a conference or open house, have no interest in public education, but have a strong desire to be obnoxious assholes.

    If passed, every public school, including charters, will be required to establish a web portal that gives not only parents but also the public access to the following information:

    – Course syllabi or a written summary of each instructional course

    – A general description of instructional materials, textbooks and digital resources that educators plan to use

    – The school’s policy on how information is communicated to parents/guardians and other stakeholders about violent incidents taking place at the school

    – What health care services are offered at the school and how parental/guardian notification and consent are handled regarding these services
