    I hope the loyalty oath that Kathy made up to swear in her underlings comes into play somehow. Not criminal, but on the McGuiness hierarchy of ludicrousness it is up there.

    When McGuiness tells her underlings to delete all their text and emails related to an upcoming investigation, she REALLY thinks it is not a crime because “confidentiality”.

    It is the same legal pretext that is keeping Garland from indicting Trump. What was his state of mind? Did he know he was committing a crime?

    Who the fuck cares that these idiots perceive their crimes to be not crimes? Jesus H Christ.

      it’s the end result of a justice system built on plea bargaining. They only take airtight cases to court. They’ve learned not to place too much trust in a panel of people who couldn’t get out of jury duty.
