Yesterday’s McGuiness trial podcast – A Choad Less Traveled
This is the time of fake friends. As the Kathy McGuiness trial enters its second week, we begin to hear from former (and current) employees about how Kathy treats people who speak out against her. Also, how a oppo-driven trek across the state indirectly led to witness intimidation charges.
I hope the loyalty oath that Kathy made up to swear in her underlings comes into play somehow. Not criminal, but on the McGuiness hierarchy of ludicrousness it is up there.
Just spent an hour and 12 minutes, confirming that my 20-year distaste was on point:) Now its shower time!
When McGuiness tells her underlings to delete all their text and emails related to an upcoming investigation, she REALLY thinks it is not a crime because “confidentiality”.
It is the same legal pretext that is keeping Garland from indicting Trump. What was his state of mind? Did he know he was committing a crime?
Who the fuck cares that these idiots perceive their crimes to be not crimes? Jesus H Christ.
it’s the end result of a justice system built on plea bargaining. They only take airtight cases to court. They’ve learned not to place too much trust in a panel of people who couldn’t get out of jury duty.
But think about the independent pharmacies that she champions.
