Non-political person is outraged/upset by some bullshit going down. Thinks “How do I get involved?” Goes to their RD and finds it useless, or worse. Then what? The Democratic Party is the impediment, the obstacle to political participation.
I think that progression is one we are all familiar with. I wonder if that changes as we get a more enlightened leadership in the party? Will the party stop being an obstacle that needs to be overcome? Will it actually welcome the participatory democracy model? It is going to be an interesting time.
Also, FUCK Pete Schwartzkopf. He is like a ham and cheese sandwich that someone left in the car for a week.
