Living in New Castle County, I get a lot of PA political ads on TV. I also just saw my first Lisa Blunt Rochester TV ad. She would like you to know that she will “work with ANYONE” which I hope is hyperbole. I mean, when she wins I hope she steers away from working with Trump, McConnell, and Kevin McCarthy. It is a thin reed of hope. I think she will happily work with those guys. But I wonder what voters these “I will work with ANYONE” ads are aimed at?
I mean, you don’t see LBR or any DEMS dragging Trump and McConnell into the GOTV messaging. Whereas every GOP ad drags in Pelosi and Biden? Has anyone else noticed this? Pelosi and Biden are depicted as the worst Hitlers since the actual Hitler.
Trump and McConnell must be at least as unpopular among low info voters as Pelosi and Biden, right?
