Why can’t “Q” start lumping Coons in with all the world’s villains?

Coons seems like he is actively trying to get on the "Q" list of worldwide super-villains.  It would certainly make more sense (knowing "making sense" rates dead last on any list of "Q" concerns) to drop "Lappy" or "the Rothchilds" and make Coons the most vile Hitler since the actual Hitler.

Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., Chris Coons, D-Del., Kyrsten Sinema, I-Ariz. and a few members of the House of Representatives, these people explained. Republican Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp also attended the event, one of the people said.
