DEGOP openly takes these non-partisan school board elections as a partisan training ground for follow on elections in a way that democrats don’t. They haven’t been very successful MAGAfying Delaware’s school boards yet. But they keep grinding.
Seeking candidates for school board elections!
School board elections are on May 9th and the deadline to file as a candidate is March 3rd at 4:30. School board elections are critically important. We stand for school choice, giving teachers and principals the authority in their classrooms and schools, and spending our dollars teaching academic success, rather than an indoctrinated social perspective.If you would like to run DM us or email info@delawaregop.com
What the dem party needs to do is to start scouring college campuses and getting new graduates to run for school boards and city councils and county councils and start the only chance we have to better our country running for political seats
How about people who work for a living running for these seats. Bump out the career politicians. Personally I won’t vote for anyone that isn’t like me period
I think most school board members work. Don’t think they get paid much, if anything. Traditionally, it’s been a one-way ticket to Political Palookaville. Deb Heffernan was a notable exception, and she worked as a chemist.
However, the relatively-recent ‘Parents’ Rights’ RWNJ’s have broken that mold. I’ll have to check the bios as candidates file. In fact, it should be fun.

Matt Bucher successfully ran for a seat on the Milford School Board last May. He was, and is chairman of the GOP33RD, He ran as a P4D MAGAT.
