Does Water Have An Expiration Date? Bottled water? Trump Ice water, to be precise?:
The brand was discontinued in 2010. Betcha he gets a tax break for this:
The former president dismissed questions about his administration’s rollback of Obama-era rail safety regulations saying he “had nothing to do with it.”
The Trump administration slashed several environmental and rail regulations while in office, most notably rescinding a 2015 proposal to require faster brakes on trains that were carrying highly flammable or hazardous materials.
At least Sylvester Stallone vouched for the deliciousness of Trump Ice. Oh wait:
Virginia Governor To Teachers: Stop Teaching ‘Inherently Divisive Subjects’. Meaning, the history of Black people. Because white racists find it divisive:
In his seemingly never-ending quest to remove “divisive concepts” from Virginia’s schools, Gov. Glenn Youngkin has taken a page right out of Ron DeSantis’ playbook and called for a review of Virginia’s AP African American studies programs. According to a report this weekend from the Washington Post, Youngkin, a Republican, asked state officials to review the curriculum to ensure that it didn’t conflict with his inaugural executive order, which barred teachers from teaching “inherently divisive concepts.”
Virginia isn’t the only state following Florida’s lead. Arkansas, North Dakota, and Mississippi have also requested reviews of their African American studies courses. On February 12, the College Board criticized DeSantis in a letter, stating: “There is always debate about the content of a new AP course. That is good and healthy; these courses matter. But the dialogue surrounding AP African American Studies has moved from healthy debate to misinformation.”
When Is A Climate-Friendly Biofuel Not Climate-Friendly? When it’s made of discarded plastics:
The Environmental Protection Agency recently gave a Chevron refinery the green light to create fuel from discarded plastics as part of a climate-friendly initiative to boost alternatives to petroleum. But, according to agency records obtained by ProPublica and the Guardian, the production of one of the fuels could emit air pollution that is so toxic, one out of four people exposed to it over a lifetime could get cancer.
“That kind of risk is obscene,” said Linda Birnbaum, former head of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. “You can’t let that get out.”
That risk is 250,000 times greater than the level usually considered acceptable by the EPA division that approves new chemicals. Chevron hasn’t started making this jet fuel yet, the EPA said. When the company does, the cancer burden will disproportionately fall on people who have low incomes and are Black because of the population that lives within three miles of the refinery in Pascagoula, Mississippi.
Textbook definition of environmental racism. Approved by Biden’s EPA.

What do you want to talk about?
Former state Sen. Karen Peterson found the Carney administration trying to sneak in Medicare Advantage again:

If that water has been sitting in those plastic bottles for 13 years, it’s probably leached enough chemicals to be as toxic as what they already have.
I can’t believe he paid for storage of that water for thirteen years. No, really, he probably stiffed the warehouse.
Probably kept it in one of the many vacant units in Trump Tower.
and charged himself rent that he never paid but told the sec that he was getting $50,000 a month in rent at trump tower.
Is it me or does it seem the girl ( i use that term based on her mental capacity) who is the foreperson of the georgia grand jury deliberately trying to kill the prosecutors case?
She’s trying to squeeze the most out of her fifteen minutes of fame. Look for a book deal soon.
Keep your eyes on Youngkin, he’s just another hyper rich man who bought his way into office. Notice he now fervently kisses the posterior of the holy rollers and plays the not so subtle racial hatred game as he seeks a “review” of African Americans studies. Much like the Republican desire to “reform” Social Security and Medicare the goal of “review” is to pave the way to end these programs.
He bought his way into office in a bad year for Democrats in Va.
State is trending bluer all the time.
Yep, Youngkin came as a surprise, he struck me as a lightweight in many ways, number one being ignorance of politics in general. I see the rich playing politicians as being an easy target, Trump should have been, an incredibly stupid electorate proved me wrong.
I don’t think she’s screwing things up deliberately; more likely an airhead addicted to the prospect of media fame. Maybe the foreman of a grand jury should have to meet at least some qualifications.
There is definitely some body language going on in that photograph!
