Poll Results – 6 in 10 DL readers and lurkers think Senator Chris Coons is the ABSOLUTE worst
Not a surprising result when you consider the fact that Senator Chris Coons likes to show off being horrible, whereas Carper has a more ho-hum, workaday approach to being one of the two worst Blue State Senators in congress.
As for this week’s poll. I’ll be curious to see how Karen Hartley-Nagle fares. Whoever read her the riot act after her constant fuckups early on deserves an award of some sort. I’ve never seen a Delaware politician rescue their viability by simply shutting the fuck up.
Marcus Henry Vs. Karen Hartley-Nagle who do you THINK WILL WIN? Not who do you want to win.
I can see KHN’s campaign slogan already: “I’m not the a-hole I used to be.”
I like Marcus, but not sold on him. He’s definitely a capable manager, but there’s a difference between managing and leading, and that’s something I haven’t seen enough of yet.
The job has no leadership requirements. Indeed, being a leader of that crew would be a detriment.
Janet Kilpatrick is happy leading from where she is.
KHN vs. Henry – the winner will be whoever cuts the best deal with the cops and developers.
Has anyone else heard of Dennis E. Williams maybe jumping into the race?
His appetite for self-owning is apparently limitless.
Can’t tell if that’s satire or not…
I’ve heard it around. He’d be better than either of the goofballs currently in the race.
Is it a spoiler move? His m.o.
What a follow up! the dude that brought us KMG will enable KHN. The dude is a walking black cloud,
Sadly I suspect Puck is right, those who kiss the ass of the police and the almighty developers profusely will emerge triumphant. We criticize others, but out state is little better. Witnessed the battle between democracy and the developers on Long Island in the late sixties and early seventies, they lost, so will we.
Anyone but KHN … she scary. George Santos scary.

She hasn’t shut up. That’s impossible for her. She has shown her true colors too many times and hopefully they are brought to light during the campaign. Like M. Angelou says: When someone shows who they are believe them!
County government gets virtually no media coverage, even though its council represents almost 10 times as many people as Wilmington City Council does.
This is what happens when your “local” newspaper is run by out-of-towners.
