I remember when Biden was sworn in and all the sober centrist dipshits thought the extremist Republicans “fever” would “break” and the bipartisan comity clock would be set back to the heady days of 1981.

Far be it for me to be a conspiracy theorist (he lied), but is it possible that Coons is making himself look bad on purpose to make our Drooling Diaper Dandy incumbent Tom Carper look good by comparison?
If he wasn’t so wealthy and entitled, I’d be feeling a little sorry for Coons. It is tough when the world changes and the sands of time shift under your feet making your worldview dated and pathetic. It is bewildering.
It is tough, but jeez, we’ve been seeing the shift for 25 or 30 years and he is still so committed to his pathetic world view. Sad.
Coons is feeling some discomfort, but like a gas bubble it will quickly pass when he shifts his position.
