      He’s probably rethinking that in light of McBride’s fundraising. That’s a formidable obstacle to overcome.

      Young has not filed and has no website, no campaign social media, and no formal announcement in the nearly two months since Carper disclosed his plans.

      Maybe I’m wrong, but I think this is a case of McBride bigfooting the field. She just got Navarro on board. It doesn’t hurt Young’s career to wait and run for something else. Maybe treasurer if Davis runs for governor or lieutenant governor, maybe mayor again, maybe (dare we hope?) governor.

    Does anyone in the dem office strategize as to who should run where with the A) most likely possibility of winning b) taking out the next biggest fish c) and not getting in the way of others who are in a better position
