Looks Like Trump (And Perhaps Others) Has Been Indicted RIGHT NOW.

Filed in Featured, National by on August 14, 2023

In Georgia.  Live on TV.  It appears that the paperwork has been delivered to the court, and the judge will read the indictments tonight.

Papers have just been handed to the judge.  Sound is on. Here we go!:

Grand Jury has returned 10 indictments.  All proposed indictments to the Grand Jury were voted on, and approved.  It’s possible that each indictment could include multiple co-defendants.  Judge did not read them out loud from the bench, but he certified them. ‘C’mon, man!’

We should know almost all the info tonight.  I’ll stay up.  Guess I might as well open up a bottle of wine…a Xavier Vignon Cotes du Rhone Rose from Moore Brothers, if you must know. Or, if you’d just like to drink along with me.

Only one thing could put a damper on a night when Trump is indicted yet again. And it’s happened.  Rachel Maddow trots out, wait for it, Hillary Clinton. She apparently wrote an article somewhere about loneliness, and was already scheduled. A guy who used to post here must be in Jizz Heaven.  Get her off my TV!! Sound’s down. She’s had some work done.

Now, they’re talking about Hillary Clinton. Eee-ewww!  Give me the bleeping indictments!

Just vamping now until we get the big news .  Think I’ll pour another one…

10:53 p.m.-They’re setting up for a news conference by the Fulton County AG.

The court docket has just been updated, and Trump has indeed been indicted ‘along with several others’. Count #1 (of 13 against Trump)?: Violation of Georgia’s RICO Act. Eighteen others, to be exact. A 41-count indictment.  Giuliani, Eastman, Cheseboro, Jeffrey Clark, Meadows, Sidney Powell, are among the 18 who, according to the indictments, ‘constituted a criminal organization’.  With Trump as the head.

Hmmm, might just be a half-glass each left for my wife and I.

El Somnambulo, signing off.

This is excellent news! I think that I shall save my actual celebrating until the orange jumpsuit and ankle chains are on, however. Tonight I think I shall listen to some Phil Ochs’ albums, and think of what might have been.

I am very much looking forward to the morning’s headlines!

    Merry early Christmas to all!

Yep, was tempted to fall off the wagon yet again and do up a bottle of the good stuff, but as noted waiting for the sh*t to get real for this ugly bunch of traitors, miscreants and fools. On live TV no less… There may well be hope for the rest of us.
