Matt Marshall name checked in McBride’s “Lovette or Leave It” segment
That headline makes no sense, but whatever. It is 100% true which is more than you can say about many of the headlines I’ve written over the years. Also, here is a picture of McBeride and a picture of Matt Marshall from the DL media library.
Anyway, McBride does a fine job.

BTW, spelling Mat with one ‘t’ is what’s known as an affectation.
I think the Geekster knows that. Pretty sure that Jason’s philosophy is that attention to spelling and grammar takes away from the spontaneity of his posts.
I enjoy it. I can’t do it, but I can enjoy it.
It doesn’t bother me, either, despite my background in copy editing. I just thought it was odd to point it out over Mat Marshall, of all things.
Not an affectation if your birth certificate reads Mathew, with the single T, as was the case with one copy editor we knew in our long-ago careers.

Does body man mean that Mat is with the Mcbride campaign? An interesting wrinkle.
Not with the campaign AFAIK, but I think just as a friend of the campaign.

Re the podcast: it was much more “join this historic campaign to get a trans person in congress” than we’ve heard so far. And I guess that makes sense because in relative terms, the podcast is a big national stage.
