In Gaffe-filled Speech, Trump Issues Bold And Unusual Warning, Says Biden’s Re-Election Could Lead to ‘World War II’
In his most recent speech, former U.S. President Donald Trump caused a stir with his contentious remarks, The Independent reported. He suggested that President Joe Biden could plunge the nation into “World War II” if re-elected and seemingly confused his political opponents.
Trump made the statements at the Washington DC Pray Vote Stand Summit on Friday. He described Biden as “cognitively impaired”, “totally corrupt” and “the worst president in the history of our country.”

The former president went on to assert that the United States could quickly descend into a war “more devastating than any war” under Biden’s leadership. He also appeared to mix up his political opponents, indicating that he was beating former President Barack Obama in the 2024 election polls.
Why Working Class Voters Trust Republicans on “The Economy”
Undoing all of the damage wrought by Bill Clinton and the Corporate Coonsian Dipshit Centrist Democratic Party has fallen into the lap of the Old Guy in Chief.
…what Biden has to fight is the sense–and in this these workers are largely correct–that the Democratic Party has not been on their side for a very long time.
As the one worker says, the Democrats used to be different. And quite honestly, they are today, more than they have been for a long, long time. Neoliberalism is not nearly as powerful in the Democratic Party as it was even 15 years ago, never mind 30. But still, these perceptions stick around a long, long time. Clinton, Carter, and Obama (especially in the first term) were all in on promoting corporate policies over unions.
Workers got screwed again and again as factories closed, companies went after the unions, and no one ever offered anything to workers except for retraining programs that they didn’t want and led to nothing anyway. Yes, of course Republicans were no better, but Republicans offer a different set of myths and a different kind of channeling anger and resentment that unions can fight against if they think someone has their interests in mind. But Carter and Clinton especially did not.

Pro-Life Means Pro-Life of the Fetus. Children? Fuck those needy fuckers.
A new Human Rights Watch report paints a damning portrait of children’s rights in the United States. That is, children here have remarkably few rights and are particularly ill-treated in the conservative states that claim the mantle of “family values.” According to HRW, “Children in the US can be legally married in 41 states, physically punished by school administrators in 47 states, sentenced to life without parole in 22 states, and work in hazardous agriculture conditions in all 50 states.” Over and over again, the worst states for children are clustered around the “pro-life” Bible Belt, and the map of the states that are the worst for children looks a lot like a map of red-state America.

Group of friends take over Nashville hotel for hours after no employees were found
Three friends took it upon themselves to manage a Nashville hotel for a few hours.
After a late night of partying, the trio was unable to check into their room at La Quinta Inn & Suites because there were no employees in sight.
The saga was first documented on TikTok early Wednesday morning in a 40-second clip with a caption stating, “When you arrive to the hotel and there is no staff so you have a new job. We’ve been working for two hours.”
After checking to make sure no one had fallen asleep behind the desk or in one of the back offices, the friends began to answer phones, greet customers, even set up the breakfast buffet.

Armed protester approached Biden’s Delaware home
A protester who appeared to be armed was spotted approaching President Joe Biden’s Delaware home by a journalist and Secret Service on Sunday morning, according to a White House pool report.
“The individual expressing his constitutional rights had no impact on any of the Secret Service’s protectees’ movements,” the Secret Service said in a statement.
The protester carried two signs which referenced the business dealings of Biden’s son Hunter, according to the pool report. House Republicans launched an impeachment inquiry last week into allegations that the president was involved in his son’s work prior to assuming office in 2021.
Delaware is an open carry state, according to the Giffords Law Center.
