Song of the Day 3/23: Incubus, “Megalomaniac”

Predicting Donald Trump’s behavior is fairly easy: Just ask yourself, “What would an asshole do?” Robert Mueller – a Republican, mind you – dies? Anyone else would heed the advice, “Better to remain silent and be thought an asshole than speak up and remove all doubt,” but Trump has long since removed the doubt, so his response was, “Good.”

“Megalomaniac” was the lead single from the 2004 Incubus album “A Crow Left of the Murder…” It reached the top of Billboard’s Alternative Airplay chart and was also the No. 1 Modern Rock track for the year. Trump was still years away from having his career revived by the “Apprentice” show, so the video features Hitler and Mussolini. If the band redid it today, I have no doubt Trump would be figure prominently.
