Abramoff: The Gift That Keeps on Giving [Updated]
Yesterday, the FBI raided the offices of the wife of John Doolittle (R-CA). This raid is part of the ongoing and growing Abramoff lobbying scandal. It appears that her firm was involved in fund raising for an Abramoff “charity.”
Update: Doolittle resigns post on appropriations panel. Looks like the leadership forced him out. If I remember from the Atkins scandal, next step is a tearful resignation speech followed by campaigning.
