    Hmmm… Cases spiking in Texas and Georgia, can Florida be far behind? This ain’t over, not even close. Will be surprised if the states moving towards opening up do not add many cases of infection to their rosters.

    Most of Europe is beginning to reopen and ease restrictions.

      Not here in France. Schools will reopen — school runs into July here — along with certain small businesses. Masks are mandatory. No restaurants, museums, concerts until further notice. Travel still restricted; can’t go more than 100 km without special clearance.

      More people are going outside on nice days, same as America.

    I can think of worse places to be than France in the springtime.

      Now imagine it with no restaurants, no museums and no walks in the park. It is convenient in that I can do all my food shopping within a block of the apartment.
