Delaware’s Jails are for Black & Poor People

Filed in National by on October 19, 2022

The only “crimes” that really register as crimes among lawyers, juries and judges are street crimes. It is little wonder that black people constitute 23% of state residents, but 56% of the incarcerated population.

This picture was always comical. Nobody ever thought Park City was going to see the inside of a jail cell.

You spew racism at every turn. Not everything is race-based. How do you define “street crime”. …you mean violence, theft, murder, and selling drugs?

    1. Look in the dictionary for the definition of misdemeanor.
    2. Look in the dictionary for the definition of felony.
    3. Holy shit….Felony is a defined term?

    Q. Are street crimes felonies or misdemeanors?
    A. Oh…most street crimes are felonies…
    A2- Felony=Prison

By the way…you are a poor double-agent. Do you every notice that you receive so few response to your most idiotic posts?

As if the designations aren’t arbitrary.

You know why street crime is punished more heavily than white-collar crime? Here’s a hint, Einstein: Which sort of crime are the people who make the laws more likely to engage in?

If white people are so smart, why do they keep posting dumb comments like yours?

Thanks for the charity comment. But my point is wholly untouched by your hissy-fit. The Prosecutors asked for a month in prison, but left happy with the sentence.
