Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) ran up a hefty legal bill in his unsuccessful quest to avoid testifying before a special grand jury in Georgia investigating former President Donald Trump’s effort to overturn the 2020 election – and he’s not shy about asking for help.

As previously reported by Raw Story, nine of Graham’s Republican colleagues in the US Senate have already contributed a total of $78,000 through their leadership PACs to the Lindsey Graham Legal Expense Trust Fund.

Love it! A lawyer finally gets the treatment that is handed out to many Americans: Poverty via “legal action” and astounding fees from his fellow lawyers in America’s dog eat dog legal system. Think we all agree it couldn’t happen to a nicer guy, who well deserves it. Even if he is a schmuck.
A regular citizen would never have gotten a lawyer to take on Graham’s bullshit case. And Graham will never suffer a moment of financial deprivation from stiffing his lawyers.
