If you vote for Republicans you are a bad credit risk (in addition to being a dumb-fuck).
Republicanism Linked to Poor Financial Decision Making
The region’s poor credit means Southerners are paying more to borrow money, assuming they can qualify for loans at all. That sets them back in everything from car and home purchases to credit card rewards. Yes, even credit card rewards.
Now that the Dominion Voting case has shown, conclusively, that Fox News is not a “news” organization in any sense – can the media stop pretending that Fox News is a news organization?

List of “10 Best Place to Live in Delaware” includes all the usual suspects and one place i think they made up.
The 10 Best Places to Live in Delaware
I’ll bet there is a coloration between low FICA score and belief in the rapture.
Why not spend money you don’t have if Jesus is about to come back and settle all accounts? Why not be taken in by charlatans and schemers? Enjoy the jalapeño poppers at Applebee’s and buy a Jetski because, fuck it.
Also being poor is very, very expensive.
Found the article about medical debt to be fascinating, but understandable, especially about expanding Medicaid. In the south, and indeed most rural areas, the Spartan farmer mentality remains in place. Get sick? “Work thru it!”, no money? “Your lazy!”. In short if your poor it’s your own damn fault. It’s also easy to see how the Fascist mentality is good fit for the area, their used to “shut up and get to work!” and can relate. Could not open the part about “Best Places To Live”, did not matter as I knew in advance that A. Smyrna was not on the list, and B. Wilmington, Newark and Rehoboth would lead the list.
Link fixed. The place I never heard of was Highland Acres #9.
Turns out is an actual place east of Camden. We’d have called it “Rising Sun” back in the day.
@ Jason, found another in the FAQs at the end! “Pine Creek, Newark, and Hockessin are some of the best places to move to in Delaware.”
The graphic shows Sussex with the highest credit scores and NCC with the lowest, which stands to reason. Sussex retirees are comfortable on their old-school government pensions funded by upstate taxes, or their dividends from corporations that are gouging working families.
You guys sound more like Communists than Democrats.
Can’t speak for others, but I’m only a Democrat so I can vote against people like you in the primaries.
Fellow Robert,

I will explain communism, and tell you why it’s good.

Kent is the lowest.
(puts reading glasses on)…. You’re right!
I’m sure everyone loved the Politico puff piece about those chums Biden and Coons earlier today:
https://www.politico.com/news/2023/02/20/chris-coons-munich-security-conference-biden-00083596
That article is a massive floating iceberg of bullshit.
Joe Biden was asshole buddies with Tom Gordon. He cut Chris Coons in public over it when Coons first got the Senate seat because he ran against the Gordon/Freebery machine. I’m sure he’s forgiven him by now. After all, the Irish are famous for never holding a grudge.
Joe might have made peace with it by now, but the notion that the two were ever close is Coons-manufactured bullshit, trying to fluff up his importance. It’s the one thing he’s good at.
That Politico piece is floating the idea of Coons as Secretary of State. That’s probably the only way to get him out of the Senate.
That’s Coons floating the idea. He did the same thing right after the election. The fact that he’s not secretary of state gives you an indication of what Biden thinks of the idea.
Coons has been running this disinformation campaign since before Biden was sworn in.
Okay, I give up. Where is the lively nightlife scene in North Star? Also the job opportunities? Inquiring minds want to know.
You’ll have to head over to Hockessin. Six Paupers on Rt. 41 and Two Stones Pub in Lantana are popular, but I don’t know of anyplace out there with live music. OTOH, you’re only about 10 minutes from Newark.
Well, the article did specify North Star. I guess that’s sort of a nebulous area. I wonder if the writer was referring to the weekly Bluegrass sessions at Woodside Creamery? Of course, those take place during the day, but I suppose they could carry on until dusk.
That the article differentiates among Hockessin, Pike Creek and North Star makes a mockery of the whole exercise. They’re all contiguous and unincorporated, meaning they have no boundaries. They’re just names real estate people use.
That list reads as if it was written by AI.
Probably was. The listed author is “Admin.”
I got that distinct impression too.
People are afraid of communism for bad reasons. I can address this.
Rich people are afraid of it for perfectly valid reasons.
‘Trust the Plan: The Rise of QAnon and the Conspiracy That Unhinged America’ ties Qanon to the medical debt crisis and the rapture.
Those Q-anons must be Communist.
