Sorry for the late post, everybody else is off and my plane was late.
The DOJ is appealing the sentences handed down to Oath Keepers because their sentences, including 18 years for head dipshit Stewart Rhodes for seditious conspiracy, are well below sentencing guidelines. Personally, I fail to see why the sentence was not death by hanging.
Pampered fat white guys aren’t really cut out for prison. Disgraced former Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder made it one week before asking for a reduction in his 20-year sentence for bribery, and the dude has a point. How can corruption, even the largest case in Ohio history, merit a longer sentence than trying to overthrow the federal government?
I simply cannot do a better job describing this story than the headline writer for the New York Post:

Speaking of sentences, Elizabeth Holmes has hardly started serving and her prison sentence has been reduced by two years.
She’s now projected to be released on Dec. 29, 2032 – which prob means October 2025

The criminal who shoplifted a half million rounds of ammo from cable as is getting off on minor charges. She was clever enough to feed the DOJ the exact lines they wanted to hear.
On the upside, she would have probably been safer in prison. She’s free issue to anyone who has been victimized by gun violence in the tri state area over the past year. Maybe a survivor or family member of a victim can teach her a lesson she won’t forget.
I don’t think one person stole all that ammo.

So what? She might as well be an accessory to multiple murders and it’s not clear that she will even see a day in jail. Not to mention she had an existing record. No consequences!
