24 percent of the reader and lurkers who pay attention to baseball think the Phillies will fail to make the playoffs,   Those are the true Philly fans. They know something bad is about the happen,

    And yet, the Phillies have improved their odds of making the playoffs. They are now 69.2% to make it and 4% to win the world series.
