    I agree – if he was “done” he’d actually have started something and finished it – instead he left a lot of lose ends, half-hearted /poorly thought -out attempts, as well as total disasters that need to be cleaned up.

    North Korea has announced its final preparations for a satellite launch, confirming overseas expectations of another long-range missile test.
