Rewarding Good Journalists

Thanks for having the nerve to ask Castle about Iraq. So many members of our fourth estate have been cowed into zombie like submission by Castle over the years that they will not ask questions unrelated to whatever empty PR stunt Castle is up to when he works up the nerve to leave his office.

By simply asking him about Iraq you must have wigged Castle out because he got all flummoxed and lied his ass off. Regarding his Iraq votes he said, “More often than not, I’ve voted alongside my colleagues on the other side of the aisle.“

In fact, Castle has voted with George Bush on 10 out of the 11 most important Iraq war troop redeployment bills. So he flat out lied and hopefully your paper will be able to run a correction of some sort.

Anyway, thanks again. It is refreshing to read actual  journalism once in a while.
