There is a bubble of poutrage going through the wingnut faction that Robert Gibbs could be dissing Jim Cramer or this Santerelli guy. As if these guys were some font of serious information anyway. I’ve read someplace that if you had been following Jim Cramer’s recs (before the crash) you’d be doing worse than the average market performance (by 5% or so).
But isn’t interesting that after spending all summer calling out Obama as a celebrity, the GOP can’t find anything better to do with their time than defend a few C List celebrities…
best show on TV. even the MSNBC Obama cheer leaders (i still love rachel) cant speak truthfully because their sister network is also a bunch of nut sacks
Because I,m a day trader and have been since the 70`s i`ve watched CNBC since it`s inception in the 1980,s I need the up to the minute data but they really are from another planet when it comes to the average working man, for years they have been overcome with joy when companys have busted their unions, grinned ear to ear when benefits were slashed, cheered outsorcing. broken out the pom-poms for lower unit labor costs, always extolling the benefits of lower compensation and higher profits. meanwhile watching the economic indicaters point us towards another depression. It`s really hard to feel any sympathy at all for these greedy bastards who have literally shot themselves in the foot by destroying the american consumer. What goes around comes around.
That was awesome!
I just had lunch with a friend and mentioned this segment. He said, “Ya know, John Stewart is the kind of guy you don’t want to piss off.”
I love Jon Stewart. He says what I say, only much better!
Quote of the year:
If I had only followed CNBC’s advice I’de have a $1 million today, provided I started out with $100 milliion.”
