I don’t why Copeland would even bother trying to pretend that the process is “open.” Just say, “We are picking a candidate.”
Lamont is just making himself and his party look silly.

A noble and honest guy like Copeland would not turn down a candidate unless he had another one in his pocket. I wonder who the other choice besides Feroce is?
We were thinking of going to the Saturday Committee Meeting. We figured it would help keep both Republicans there from feeling lonely.
You’re kidding, right? If they had a candidate ready they wouldn’t broadcast an open cattle call as Copeland did yesterday on Loudell’s show at WDEL. The message couldn’t be any plainer: ANYONE BUT FEROCE!!
