But I am confused. I thought Bush was HATED by the ENTIRE world. Seems Albania likes him. Must be that freedom thing. Damn him.

My motive was actually humor, which is pure.
OK, the 6 countries left in the coalition of the willing (representing about 300 troops) that have a history of authoritarian governments and actually enjoy a war every once in a while, they love the guy. Oh, and he gives them jewelry.
