Gary Stockbridge Feels That The Law Should Not Apply to Delmarva Power
I wish I could be Gary Stockbridge* and pick which laws applied to me. I’d get to work a lot faster everyday.
*Some say that Gary Stockbridge is such a horrible person because he was deprived of maternal affection due to the fact that he was born with a full set of monstrous looking pointy teeth. I happen to endorse that theory.

What about his ‘lop sided’ head? Every good Momma knows that’s from letting the baby rest in one position pretty much all the time….that would tie in w/the ‘abandoned & unloved’ by Momma theory.
