The Wingnutz Are Coming! The Wingnutz Are Coming!

Filed in National by on July 22, 2009

Via Wonkette, the wingnutz over at Freeperland are fantasizing about overthrowing the government:

This would be terrifying if it wasn’t about some lamer old wingnuts and their message board: The person who runs FreeRepublic.com is cold gonna overthrow the U.S. government — that means you, blackenstein — and ho ho, no more taxes on the millionaires! Hooray! Anyway, folks, things are getting Seriously Weird with the wingnuts, birthers, paultards and other middle-aged white suckers who bought into that whole Reagan thing 30 years ago and, whoops, are still poor and doomed.

And then, in 2008, Americans mysteriously voted in droves for a common African Soviet from, er, Hawaii, who has been president now for what, six months? And this NON-PRESIDENT is, uhm, trying to get some health coverage for these poor dumb AM-radio listeners, so …. OVERTHROW THE GUBMINT.

You’ll have to get to the Freepers via Wonkette — it is against my Kenyan religion to link over there. But it is a hoot. You can smell the Cheetos from here….

Love it. These are my least favorite wingnuts finally getting called out.

  2. There was some funny stuff – they want to overthrow the government to return to the originalist Constitution and repeal a bunch of amendments. What a bunch of whiners – they can’t stand the fact that they lost the election.

Can I make a humble suggestion?

How about a continually-edited and updated
glossary on here? Today was the second day
when I logged on here and saw yet *another*
    opaque term, “freeper”.

    What do you think?

  4. cassandra_m says:

Sorry about that. A glossary is not a bad idea. But until then, here are a few decent definitions of freeper.

    Thank you, Cassandra!

That was some seriously scary S++t. Also interesting that they are installing Hillary as President.

  7. The so called wing nuts you call out are not going to be the people who bring about electoral change in America.

Obama never had Republicans and he is losing Independents every time he acts or opens his mouth on a serious subject.

The people who are poor and unemployed today are four times more likely to be African American than white and Dems who are in lower education/skills jobs. The same people Obama is supposed to be delivering justice.

The GOP doesn’t have to have an election strategy based on Obama failure. Obama is going to provide it to them on a platter.

You have to wonedr when the Blue Dogs, CBO and Mayo Clinic laugh in his face on the premier issue of the day.

Mr. Shallow Bench – totally nonsensical as usual. Maybe more so.

“The GOP doesn’t have to have an election strategy based on Obama failure. Obama is going to provide it to them on a platter.”

    Wha..?

    Translation:

The GOP doesn’t have to have an election strategy based on Obama failure. Except, yes it does.

  9. Mike R. says:

I’d love to see the numbers about African Americans being four times as likely to be poor and low-skilled. Give us a link there crazy!

Seems that population wise there are way more poor and low skilled white folks then there are African Americans, total, so your saying that African Americans are going to move away from Obama and that is goign to shift the balance of power to whatever candidate appeals to poor white folk (palin’s people?).

Man, no wonder you can’t win an election, you don’t even have the slightest idea of how people think! Here I always though you were just strange and creepy, but this sounds like first rate incompetence!

Exactly, Mike. And you’re the proof.
