Airing my dirty laundry

Filed in National by on June 26, 2008

Well it’s been a while…

Just a little background for you.  I am one of a very few men in this country.  I RECIEVED Child Support Payments from my ex wife for one years time.  After taking her to court over the course of 2 years, the judges saw too it to garnish her wages due to her not paying half of all medical bills.  The biggest one was a $2k one from AI.  That went to collections b/c she wouldn’t pay it. There were several other items that she refused to pay and stuck me with. She stuck St. Hedwigs day care for $4500 to the point our children weren’t allowed back at their extended care program. So with that there comes this from her…

Now, she is asking us to pay half of a $96 anesthesia bill.  One thing of note is my wife is preggers with little Domviti and doing quite well.

I am not dealing with your husband’s antics. I will be sending my share of the above referenced bill on Friday. If I haven’t received a check from him by then, I will enclose a note indicating where they can send the remainder of the bill for the balance due.

Good luck finding a male role model for your son.

Ex-viti,

We have received no information that you paid a payment to Shrink & Associates for the said amount of 130.00 (and haven’t asked us for 1/2) We would like documentation of this. We will consider the payment we have made to them for all of daughter #2’s co-payments from your appts (125.00), as well as the majority of the prescriptions for both #2’s allergy medication & #3’s allergy medication and not to mention all of #2’s orthodontist bill as more than covering the measly 48.00 for the anesthesia bill.

As previously stated, I will enclose a note informing them where they should send the collection notice for the remainder of the bill. You can call the Shrink with any questions regarding verification of payments.

Hope you’re not gaining too much weight.

Ex-viti,

I am so glad you are so worried about me. That is so nice of you, but I am doing really well. Take care.

Your ex made me laugh with this zinger.

    Good times.

…and you still got married again.

    DV’s head -> thick.
    Damn, wrong thread.
All in good fun, of course! 😀

  3. I sort of agree with her on that one

    that’s a good comment to cross-post…

Just don’t let the current Mrs. Hotviti quit you, she would be bad to be on the wrong side of. She would have you reduced to tears in 2 emails.

  5. Pandora says:

I’m so sorry, DV. These emails are ridiculous, and the last time I saw Mrs. Hotviti she looked, well… hot.

    Good luck with this.

    Good stuff!

I think these don’t really compare to the older ones from your previous website…

DV – I can’t get Don Henley out of my head now, thanks to this post. You bastard.

“We got the bubble-headed bleach blonde comes on at five
She can tell you ’bout the plane crash with a gleam in her eye
    It’s int’resting when people die
    Give us dirty laundry”

The song came out in 1982…before the advent of 24-hour BS…f’ing prophetic!

BTW – Funny that this song is Pat Burrell’s at-bat music.

VC – I just noticed that the other night (or paid attention to it) for the first time…and I call myself a die-hard Philly fan. Shame on me, on both counts.

Heh…I’m thinking his dirty laundry has much more to do with bubble-headed bleach blondes rather than the news.

Don Henley…prophet. Great, we’re all doomed.

  10. pandora says:

Ah… but 1982 was a very good year (despite Henley)!

  11. R Smitty says:

Was it? I turned 13 that year. I was pretty pissed that all I could do was hang out at the Concord Mall without parental supervision.

Uh-oh, did I start that topic again?
