Evidently the taxpayers of the State of Wisconsin does not make any contributions to the state employee pension system. It works on a deferred compenation premise and all monies come from the state workers into a central pool that is professionaly managed.
Wasn’t one of the reasons to do away with collective bargaining for public employees in Wisconsin the cost of pensions
