New Castle County Executive:
Chris Coons has proven himself to be an honest and ethical leader who has spoken plainly to the county about the dire financial straits left behind by the previous Gordon/Freeberry administration. He should be rewarded for his actions in making the tough choices to bring us out of the mess left behind by Gordon/Freeberry instead of throwing him out in favor of the man who created the mess in the first place. Consider that Gordon is making many financial promises in terms of new spending that seems irresponsible in the face of an economy that provides only decreasing revenues to the County. Steady and ethical leadership should be rewarded. Delaware Liberal endorses Chris Coons.

C’mon…get with the NCCo Council 12th district primary already! I want to see if you endorse the breakup of the south-of-the-canal Bill-alliance.

Coons was roundly BOOED tonight by 500 angry countians because his land use department is hell bent on raising your taxes to pay for crowding growth down our throats. Coons and Clark’s Council are reducing your quality of life people with everything going to the rich developers and the big land owners who are selling their farms.
Keep voting for this walking disaster if you must.

Most of those below-canal people once lived further north. They moved down there hoping to make a killing. Now the development crowd has the same idea.
