Seriously — who has not wanted to ask someone who has written some self-serving memoir why they didn’t just write a letter to the intended audience?
The Governor tells Michele Bachmann that she doesn’t know what she is talking about:
This is especially good. Not just because Gov. Markell pushed back on Bachmann’s lies, but so did everybody else on that panel. More like this please! The zombie lies ginned up by the GOP have a harder time surviving when there are alot more facts and people insisting on them in the room.
When I saw these, they were preceded by a commercial for Harrah’s Casino in Philly. There’s a message in that, I think.
Rick Jensen was talking about this interview on his show today. He said Michelle Bachmann made Markell look really bad because she knew all the facts and he didn’t know anything. He said the Dems should be embarrassed. He is living in his own world and it’s definitely not reality.
You’re just realizing that, June? Jensen is a tool. Put his brain and the Fatman’s together and my 14 year old cat is still smarter.
MJ, no I know Rick Jensen’s politics have always come from Fox News. I do alot of screaming in my car before I push the Off button.

The way this works, Nancy, is that you have to pay attention to the threads you comment in. We don’t put up so very many of them that would prevent you from doing that. Even if the comment you posted in my previous thread was largely off-topic.
Thanks, believe me I searched but having downed coffee late into the evening and getting home after 2AM, I was running on fumes this morning and the brain wasn’t functioning. I finally got some sleep but am still not functioning properly. ugh.
I appreciate that I was mistaken and hope you forgive me for suspicions raised.
I also searched high and low through my inbox for the source material totally forgetting it wasn’t from the governor’s staff but from the DEM party. I wanted to include it as a comment rescue on the post about the NYT article on how we give the corps what they want.
Anyhoo, I had also recently been contacted out of the blue by someone who wrote:
“I am a frequent reader of Delaware Liberal, but have only posted a comment there twice. The first time was several months ago when I called out Cassandra for being hypocritical about a matter involving XXX XXX XXX. I was shocked to receive a detailed and angry response from her to my personal e-mail. I didn’t think the person who wrote the original blog should be pursuing offline those who criticize her. I got some nonsense about sockpuppetry or whatever….but wanted to write and identify with and affirm your concerns in the recent thread you have been posting to on DL.”

So Cass, my brain had been somewhat clouded by the revelation therein and was generally wondering what on earth you are up to at times.

So of course your correspondent is quite the liar. But then again, who could possible expect a bit of grace from you after being so spectacularly wrong. And today — that makes two times.
