    Sea Colony, just south of Bethany.

    …where they like to pretend Delaware has private beaches.

    Although their pool used to be fun to sneak into when it was first opened.

    Sea Colony was a real shocker for me, growing up on Long Island I had seen nothing like it. There the beach is protected, especially on the south shore. Believe my response was “they let them build on the first dune!”, as a tree hugging old hippie I found it disgusting and the triumph of greed over nature and the public good.
