The Weekly Addresses

In this week’s address, the President spoke from the Nuclear Security Summit on one of the greatest threats to global security-terrorists getting their hands on a weapon of mass destruction, such as a nuclear weapon.

In his weekly message Governor Markell discusses Delaware’s efforts to support entrepreneurs and grow Delaware’s economy by helping them enter new global markets.

This week, the White House hosted the Easter Egg Roll, the President traveled to Atlanta to attend a conference on opioid addiction, joined some formerly incarcerated Americans for lunch, and hosted 50 nations for a summit on nuclear security.

Last week, the First Family traveled to both Cuba and Argentina in a history-making trip, to deepen the ties between the United States and Cuba, and the rest of the Western Hemisphere.
