…And to think that Jeb Bush was sitting on a mountain of dough early on and could have kneecapped Trump right out of the gate. Jeb is worthy of scorn and ridicule for many reasons. That he thought Trump would hurt Cruz and then naturally fail on his own, is one of them.
Republicans couldn’t attack him on his failed businesses, sexism, racism, bigotry, etc. because they were all fearful of turning off racist, sexist, bigoted GOP voters.
That’s true but this ad goes straight at Trump’s alleged strength. If Rove had been running the Jeb! show, I think he might have pulled the trigger on something like this.
The “Trumpeteers” won’t even listen to the words or see the captions. “Whoo-hoo, he’s on TV again.”
All the hear is what they finally realize what the GOP has been doing to them for years, bait and switch. Now they’re longing for a way out of the Republican morass and they’ve latched on to the one who’s changed up the message.
He won’t change any of the policies that the R’s have pushed to F’up the middle class for years, but the new message saying that he will is enough to draw those foolish voters to him. Like moths to the flame!
What’s great is Republican’s can’t go after Hillary for her War Mongering, Wall St ties and big business agenda. Instead they have to make stuff up…what a conundrum
Is this sort of like… 66% of all statistics are made up on the spot?
If you go back to every election since the ’20s, and count how many times the better candidate won, where ‘better’ is strictly determined by intelligence and competence, regardless of ideology, then you get about 66%.
And so, based on that, I’d say that emotion wins only about 33% of the time.

Also – one of the stamps should say “Incompetent” that seems to be the attack that rattles Trump.

Actually this is very dangerous. What is being set up (unknowingly I’m sure) is a battle between reason versus emotions…
66% of the time, emotions always win.
