Can Someone tell me
Why Halloween HAS to be on the 31st? wouldn’t it make freaking sense to have it on the last Saturday of the month? I mean Christ, we have other holidays that aren’t chained to a specific date. As your new Congressman I pledge to put Halloween on the last Saturday of the month!
