Mortgage Writers Getting Huge Loophole

A reliable source heard today on WDEL that with in the bailout bill mortgage companies will be “encouraged” to rewrite mortgages. A key ingredient missing is that mortgage companies should be REQUIRED to rewrite mortgage terms. So take a guess if corporations are encouraged as opposed to required what do you think they will do?
